Why do we have them

The session starts with a short consultation followed by a trip down memory lane, to address the past events where you experience significant Negative Emotions and you are finding it hard to let them go and move on.

What can we do

The Big 5 are referred to as Anger, Sadness, Hurt, Guilt, and Conflicts. Why is it important for you to address these Negation Emotions? The memories of 1. Anger could lead to heart attacks, Heightened Cholesterol 2. Sadness could lead to Weakened Immune Systems and Depression 3. Fear could lead to Excessive stress, PTSD, Phobia 4. Guilt could lead to Lowered Healing energy 5. Conflict could lead to of Cancer

Course of Action

A number of NLP Interventions are used, they are designed to give you a different perspective of your situation.
They are to help boost your confidence and positive energy.
The sessions include Timeline therapy and Hypnosis. 2 to 3 sessions are required for the best results.
The sessions are relaxing and fun. Extra sessions can be booked for more in-depth sessions covering a much wider array of interventions. This can all be discussed at the Consultation.
